□ Personality: At first glance, Sam Winchester probably wouldn't stand out all that much if it weren't for his impressive height. He tries to blend in as much as he can, come off as normal as he can ever manage even if he feels he falls short.
While he can carry on conversations with the best of them, he tends to be quiet and introspective most of the time. He doesn't tend to flirt as much as his brother, Dean, and doesn't seem to readily notice it when he's being hit on either. That doesn't mean he doesn't have an interest in sex. He's not above noticing a pretty face, but he just isn't as comfortable with one night stands as Dean.
He's also shown to be the more sympathetic one, sometimes to a fault. Sam wants to help everyone, whether or not they deserve it. He also wants to believe in choices and that not everyone (or thing) is born bad. He will help people even if it puts him in danger as well or put forth that extra effort even if he's hurting too. He will keep pushing even if it feels like he doesn't have much left to give. Sam can't not help people when it comes down to it.
For being the more emotional, open Winchester, he has a secretive side to him. He'll often keep things to himself for as long as he can. He has a stubborn streak in him just like his brother and father as well. Once he sets his mind to something, he will pursue it relentlessly. He can be somewhat single-minded in this regard and hard to discourage. The only time he seems to be easily swayed from his goal is if he thinks someone he cares for is in danger. As a matter of fact, it's shown without Dean in his life, Sam can turn into something that's downright scary and lose touch with his humanity. Dean was the one who said they're the ones who keep each other human and Sam would probably agree with that.
For all his positive points, there are dark sides to Sam as well. Underneath that mild-mannered, polite exterior, there's something off about him. It's left him with little choice but to accept that there's something off about him, that he's the freak he never wanted to be. No matter how much he wants to be normal, there is always something dark lurking in him, something that never quite fits in no matter how hard he tries to make it. Besides that, Sam can also be self-righteous and border on arrogant when he thinks he's right about something.
There's an anger that burns and runs deep in him as well. A lot in Sam's life has left him angry and he's admitted that it's a problem. He started off being angry at his life as a hunter and being raised into that, never given a chance for anything else. That shifted to rage at his father, then at Dean. Sometimes he doesn't even know why he's angry. He's spent most his life dealing with it or hiding it as well as he can.
He also has miles of guilt like any good Winchester. He blames himself for his mother and his girlfriend's death, he feels guilt whenever he fails to save someone, he feels guilt for who he is (even if some of it's beyond his control). He finds it almost impossible to let it go and part of him is always seeking some type of redemption, some way to lessen the load.
Then again, he did start the apocalypse. It's hard to just brush that off.
The most important person in his life will always be his big brother. The man who has acted as father, mother, brother, and best friend his entire life. They might have their disagreements and differences, but some part of Sam will always have some type of hero worship when it comes to Dean. Sam has admitted to studying him his whole life in an attempt to be more like him. He knows Dean better than Dean probably knows himself.
It's safe to say that Dean has shaped him his entire life and though a lot of nasty things have been said about them (irrationally co-dependent being one), there isn't any one person Sam trusts or wants in his life more. He'd do anything for his brother.
At his base, Sam Winchester is just a sweet kid who got a rough deal in life. He's made his fair share of mistakes, but he never goes without trying to make up for them.

□ Appearance: Sam stands at 6'4 and if that didn't make him stick out like a sore thumb enough, he's also pretty muscular to boot. You can tell he's got to work out even with all the baggy, worn clothes he tends to wear. His fashion doesn't change much either -- baggy, worn jeans, flannel overshirts with t-shirts underneath, jackets or hoodies and sneakers. He's never had much room to carry a large wardrobe so you can often see him wearing the same shirts on regular cycles throughout the week. Besides that, he's got quite a few scars from his job, one in particular stands out on his back where he was fatally wounded. He's also got a protective symbol tattooed on his chest to prevent demon possession.
□ Abilities/Powers: Besides being very skilled in physical combat and weaponry, Sam formerly had psychic abilities that could be strengthened by drinking demon blood. He doesn't use this ability anymore, however.

Okay, so the fact that I'm just... talking to myself is really weird, but I'm hoping this works. [Sam pushes a hand through his hair, biting back on the agitation and worry. He's used to crazy... he's used to weird and experiencing unbelievable things, but getting swept off to a city that sounds like it's out of one of Dean's pornos?
That just about takes the damn cake.
That's not even getting into the chip in his head either.] So I'm new here and I don't know if there's a way back home. I'm told there's not. If someone has info on it though, I would really appreciate hearing it.
